The Philips Epiq 5 is a shared-service Ultrasound system. The Epiq 5 features color Doppler, MicrpCPA, ShearWave elastography, SonoCT, and XRES. The Philips Epiq Ultrasound series includes both the Epiq 5 and the Epiq 7. The Epiq 5 offers fewer probes and transducers that are comparable to the ultrasound than the Epiq 7. The compact, lightweight design of the Philips ultrasound makes it easy to use and is an efficient workflow system. The Epiq System can provide ultrasonic imaging for a wide range of applications including; Cardiac, Vascular, Abdominal, Radiology, Vascular, obstetrics, and Gynecology. Offering 3D and 4D lifelike images. The Epiq Ultrasound system offers technologies that can reduce noise in the images to improve the quality and detail of the image. Adjustments to light and shadow can be made while viewing 3D and 4D images. The Epiq System comes with a 21-inch high-resolution LCD monitor and a large 12-inch touchscreen for additional navigation and features. The stand-alone ultrasound comes with four transducer/probe ports.
